We had planned to release Milestone 3 a few weeks back. But we've been fighting a few core bugs that have surfaced during development, several of which were blocking.
But the Cosmos team is very active and we are making very good progress at working through them. This week several of them have been solved. You can see our current progress and short term road map on milestones.
